"In vitro tests" are evaluations of the skin permeability of active ingredients in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, as well as the release characteristics of topical preparations. These tests utilize animal skin (such as hairless mice and hairless rats), human skin (skin excised during cosmetic surgery abroad), cultured skin (three-dimensional cultured epidermis), and artificial membranes (such as Merck's Strat-M, a human skin substitute). Radiographic Testing (RT) is a non-destructive testing method that allows inspection without damaging the product, making it possible to examine invisible internal defects. RT is primarily conducted to detect defects in the longitudinal welds of joints, and it can be applied to products with wall thicknesses ranging from a few millimeters to over 100 mm. We can also accommodate products for which RT is required by regulations such as the Electric Utility Industry Law, Gas Utility Industry Law, and High-Pressure Gas Safety Law, as well as those requested by customers. Additionally, considering the test specimen and the defects to be detected, we implement appropriate testing by selecting and combining various methods, including Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT), in addition to RT. We are also able to respond to various testing requests from customers, so please feel free to consult with us.
